Nah, sate yang satu ini memang beda dari kebanyakan sate yang biasa kita temui di tempat lain. Mulai dari cara buatnya, bahan-bahannya, sampai cita rasanya, semuanya punya keunikan tersendiri yang bikin banyak orang jatuh cinta sama kuliner khas Pulau Dewata ini. Kalau biasanya sate itu dagingnya ditusuk pakai tusukan kayu atau bambu, nah sate lilit justru dibuat dengan cara <strong data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"703\">melilitkan<\/strong> adonan daging ke batang serai atau tusukan pipih dari bambu. Dari sinilah asal nama \u201clilit\u201d itu\u2014karena dagingnya bukan ditusuk, tapi dililit. Cincang Daging Halus<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1887\">Pertama, daging dipotong kecil-kecil dulu, lalu dicincang sampai halus. Bisa juga diblender, tapi jangan terlalu halus banget biar teksturnya tetap berasa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1914\">2. Tumis Bumbu Halus<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"2034\">Bumbu-bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan ditumis dulu sampai harum.
