Sira Village is an outlet-concept shopping center developed within the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (KEK). It is located on Serangan Island, one of the areas in Bali that is relatively close to central Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, and Ngurah Rai Airport.
The Sira Village area covers approximately 4.8 hectares. When it opened on July 31, 2026, around 104 stores were already operating, while the overall capacity of the area reaches approximately 130 tenants.
The concept is slightly different from the enclosed malls commonly found in big cities. Sira Village tries to present an atmosphere like a village or shopping village with outdoor areas, buildings inspired by Balinese architecture, gardens, water features, and walking paths.
Its location near the sea is also one of its main attractions. So the visiting experience is not just about moving from one store to another.
Sira Village Location: Is It Far from Tourist Areas?
Sira Village is located in Kura Kura Bali, Serangan Island, Denpasar.
For travelers, the location is actually quite strategic. From I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, the journey is estimated at around 20 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Meanwhile, from Sanur and Renon it takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

According to official Sira Village information, the area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please also note that Sira Village is still very new. At the time of opening, not all tenant capacity was filled or operational. This means the selection of stores, restaurants, and facilities will likely continue to grow after the initial opening period.
